A good morning

Is coffee and one of these, made yesterday.

It was my first time using Guittard couverture. Oh my gosh. What I was missing, all those chocolate recipes where I used other chocolate! Never again!
(I got my box at Williams Sonoma, FYI).

I buy the 10 lb bars of Guittard at Williams-Sonoma. You're supposed to use an ice chisel to break it up, but I'm a weenie, so DH sterilized a drill bit for me and I use a power drill to break off big pieces to chip away at. :)
