Beach Countdown

Jane's doing this...I might as well join...
 
See, I've got two big things happening in August: 
--Duck vacay (read: swimsuit)
--Tiff's wedding (read: photos that will be on walls forever)

So, here's the plan:
1. No fast food
2. Exercise at least 3 times a week
3. Post progress

Three times a week is TOTALLY doable. Let's be real here. I have DVDs at home, the gym's not that far. It can be done. 
Starting...tomorrow.
